It is crucial that Nirei chose them to venture into Bankoku-gai and—initially—to gain a deeper understanding of how Red Chanpuru operates beyond what is already known. After all, a confrontation is bound to arise; this could easily happen if Sugishita and Sakura lack the patience to convince Rakta that they are friends of Suo and simply wish to speak with him.
