     a  quick  preview of  my  timeline and  association  with  other  rogues i’m  planning  on  elaborating  in  my  children book-like  prose  once  i  get  rid  of  these  acrylics and  before  i  forget  it.  

     basically  miss  pherotox  &  i  wanted to  give  sense  to  that  one  gotham city  sirens  panel  where  she  faces  a  decaying  ivy  in  her  cell  &  offers  her  friendship,  just  for  her  attention  to  be  misplaced after  on  a  beaten  up  joker.      canonically,  she  didn’t face  him  professionally  after  a  year  of  working at  arkham,  which  i  used  to  think  was  a  lot  but  now  gives  me  the  perfect  opportunity of  filling  the  gap  to  have  her  request  treating poison  ivy  in  the  meantime. after  a  couple of  months,  ivy’s  escape  attempts grew  in  competence, which  the  staff  never  linked to  harleen  quinzel for  ivy  is  skilled  enough on  her  own  to  scheme a  breakout,  which  maintained  quinzel as  her  doctor since  she  had  yet  to  attempt  murdering her  &  despite  the  getaways,  isley’s general  attitude  had  improved.  

     if  you’re  wondering:  yes,  ivy  had  managed  to  manipulate  harley into  occasionally  letting her  “stretch  her  legs”  because “plants  need  sun  & fresh  air”,  prizing her  with  compliments, validation  &  the  sporadic  girl  night  out,  where  she’d  allow  &  encourage her  to  experiment her  very  own  villain  costume.

     all  this  was  turning  into  a  constant thing  until  pamela snapped  at  her  one  night, which  made  harley realize  her  true  role  in  the  non-romantic dynamic.  the  morning after  pamela  got  caught  once  more,  a  new  doctor greeted  her  in  the  room,  peering  through the  door’s  small  window  the  joker  on  his  way  to  harleen’s  office. following  this  change, both  of  them  traded  nothing but  resentful  glares, come  the  day  she  was  caught  helping the  joker  escape the  20th  time  & was  public  both  of  them  ran  away  with  her  new  identity as  harley  quinn.

     the  henchwench  stage  happens,  which  i’ve  already talked  about  a  zillion  times,  however,  we’ve  decided on  twisting  that  ivy  helps  harley  survive the  fatal  wounds only  to  kill  her  after, which  she  almost succeeds  on  ‘til  she  apologizes  &  explains her  new  sown  hatred towards  the  joker. i’ve  also  plotted with  my  pal  prisonraised  that  after  poison ivy  enhances  her  completely,  she  seeks  a  job  by  his  side,  gathering  enough money  &  connections  in  case  the  joker  (  or  ivy,  even  )  decides  going  rogue  once  more.  

     this  is  as  far  as  i’m  willing to  stray  from  canon  for  us  harley quinn  fans  were  blessed  with  a  rather interesting,  multifaceted  &  complex background  before  the  new  52  happened.  thank  u  for  ur  attention.

     IT’S     FLATTERY      &     PRIDE     THAT     buzz      to     her     ears     &     not     quite     blur     out     perspectives .     you     see ,     recognition     may     be     her     weakness     &     it     may     play     as     her     doom     someday ,     &     you     see     this     even     feels     like     locking     eyes     in     a     concert     with     the     lead     voice ,     &     yes ,      these     people     have     killed     dozens     of     dozens     which     only     splatters     more     delight     to     the     situation     in     an     odd     manner     the     regular     citizen     might     not     fully     sympathize     with----     but     after     all ,     posing     a     shoulder     for     tears     &     your     senses     for     whining     enter     the     essentials     of     this     job .     at     the     very     top     of     the     list .     she’s     always     been      a     giver ;     it     doesn’t     make     her     dumb ,     &     it     doesn’t     subtract     from     her     greediness …     or     is     it     backward ?     “   i     can     swear     it     almost     sounds     as     though     you’re     begging ,     miss     isley .     that’s     a     new     shade     &     i’m     not     sure     it     entirely     fits     you .   ”     she     looks     almost     veteran     with     such     rigid     poise     &     those     folded     arms     that     do     nothing     for     her     cleavage     &     that     high     bun     &     fake     glasses .     (  “you     know     they’ll     fetch     ya     no     matter     how     you     wear     your     hair ,     don’t     you”     “i     do ,     i’m     just     trying     to     impress     them”     “mister     arkham ?”     “-- sure”  ) .     “   i     took     you     for     a     trader     instead .     i     could     arrange     it     for     a     tiny ,     very     basic     swap .     nothing     more     other     than     total     honesty     from     now     on     during     our     sessions .     i     have     an     eye      for     true     feelings ,     &     eye     can     see     you     taking     a     highly     monitored     walk     in     the     garden     if     you     stick     to     it .     sounds     like     a     deal ?   ”
