Both Salem and Genesis consider Cadi their mom. They know she’s not, they know she’s their aunt, but Cadi’s the one that raised them and has been their legal guardian since they were toddlers. As soon as Cadi turned 18, all rights to those two were signed over to her. She is also Sable’s legal guardian, but Sable was older and sees Cadi for what she is, her older sister. 

Salem and Genesis are the closest to having kids Cadi will ever get and she loves them with her entire heart.

Chance actually uses Arcadia as something of a therapy dog? Ben was not into the idea until he realized that one, it was actually helping and two, that Cadi was fine with it. She’s far more used to being treated as a dog than a person and Chance is actually kind to her. She finds it comforting herself because being treated like a human stresses her out.

Before they were separated, Rhett and Cadi had been very close. They had been given to different handlers when they were four years old, but Rhett got to see her until they were six. The first time he saw anyone lay a hand on his sister, he got extremely aggressive. That was when they decided to train him to be a killer to their dirty work for them.

Chance does not see Arcadia, Sable, Genesis, or Salem as actual people. He has always seen them more as pets than anything? This is especially true of Cadi. She has always been more of a dog to him than a person. Genesis is the only one that he occasionally sees as an actual person and that’s only because she has a habit of repeating things he says.

what would completely break your character?Losing what she has now. Especially the pups and Vaughn. Losing Bailey when she was younger had been bad enough, but Genesis calls her momma and anything happening to that pup especially would kill her.what is your character reluctant to tell people?Everything Marni did to her. There’s a lot she still won’t talk about and the the few she is willing to are still hard for her to get out, this includes the fact that they sterilized her when she was just a child.what are your character’s major flaws?

She doesn’t read emotional cues well sometimes and she has two reactions to loud noises only; panic attack or literally attack.
