For the AMA Nov 19th I’m conflicted on the question to ask.

I mainly want to know 3 things:

1. Did Mel and Jayce “break up” as in did they“fall out of love” with each other at the end?And if they did, why?

From Mel’s side it’s clear she didn’t lose feeling for him ep 8. But if they did “fall out of love” like some fans believe, the only reasoning I can come up with for why they fell out of love is from the argument. Jayce “calls out Mel” on her acts in S1. But that also doesn’t rly make sense to me bc, unlike Cait and Vi, Mel doesn’t “own up to” anything bc there is nothing to confess or “own up to”. She explains herself. After that he rushes with a broken brace to catch her, apologizes, and then promises her she’ll never be a passenger. That doesn’t read “fell out of love”.

2. Ties into the previous question: what was the purpose of that argument between Mel and Jayce S2 ep 8?

IMO it kind of reflects her LoL voicelines and what Alex Yee stated;

Raised in noxus, shaped by piltover, tainted with magic. Many question my motives, but their whispers do not define me. -LoL voicelines

Someone who wants to be a hero but comes from a world where villains are tolerated but refuses to let that become how things are. -Alex Yee

Where she is not the villain that she was made to seem to be.the audience is like Jayce, questioning her motives and she defends and clears up the misunderstanding.

3. What is going on with Viktor and the timeline?

Did he go through each timeline and give Jayce the rune every time? Did he just see in the future and see the acceleration rune was the one that worked? Is the AU with Ekko safe from extinction bc no hextech? If hextech was the problem, why didn’t Viktor just save Jayce from far away and leave before he woke up?
