Hey archer! Can you list your top 10 ppw moments of all time?
(Sorry lol but we starving out here 😔😔, at least we got a lot of CP events in march)
i need you to know that this was torture. choosing just ten was like cutting off my fingers one by one until i was left with just one favourite. yes, the horrific vivid imagery is necessary, you put me through hell. /light-hearted
immediately cheating here by adding two moments, just from the same event, but leave me alone, okay... anyway
pond's speech, tears, and telling phuwin he loves him + phuwin picking up and twirling pond around after the end of day three
do i need to explain this one? i don't think i do...
2 - CHOOSING 'ME AND THEE'
pond falling in love with thee right away, phuwin noticing without pond needing to say anything, and immediately telling x they are choosing it, just because pond liked it, is that not everything?
cheating again by choosing two moments BUT. they have supported each other outside of their shared projects SO OFTEN that choosing even just one instance from each side was already hard enough. so:
phuwin coming to support pond at the leap day finale event (featuring pond constantly throwing glances at him) + pond at the httyd event
4 - POND BEING PROTECTIVE
almost just added the "give up babe, we won't be separated" tweet, but the newer and even more threatening "if you love me, you love phuwin as well, right???? 😠😡🔪" was just too good, it's a mix of being directly protective of phuwin / their dynamic and also of his personal feelings in regards to working with phuwin, which he enjoys so much, and i love it every single time
a lot of interviews could be here, but i decided to go with them thanking each other during 'dear myself' - pretty self-explanatory, i think
6 - POND HUGGING CRYING PHUWIN
phuwin getting so emotional at an event and pond just being there for him is one of those simple reasons why i love their dynamic so much
7 - POND MAKES PHUWIN FEEL "TICKLISH"
not the word i would use, not the word that anyone would use to describe what phuwin is clearly describing, actually, but sure man, "ticklish" it is
8 - LOL2025, D2: BAD GIRLS BOYS LIKE YOU
and am i wrong to say that that WAS in fact iconic and not even just in gif format and so was the conversation after
the event they organised themselves at the end of january is so reflective of their dynamic, i did not have space to include them talking about how much they prefer working together to working solo in this top ten, but it is very clear that they are very comfortable and happy together in a way that's incredibly endearing, both because of their relationship and because of the lack of ego / hyper-individualism, which frankly many public figures lack when it comes to sharing fame, space, etc. with someone else (especially as readily and happily as ppw do it)
10 - THE FIRST RISE "ALL IN" MOMENT
maybe because it just happened or maybe because it was genuinely that wonderful, seeing them gravitate towards each other so easily, both want to do the dance together, just have their own special vibe on a stage that for once did not really demand it - all of that was lovely, and also reminded me of how supportive pond was with "all in" as well (seriously, he was in every goddamn video supervising the dance for no reason fkgdfkgjfdkg)
