Last week @without-school-or-style finally talked me into participating in the Fashion Report, being that I had just about every component of a 90+ outfit, and as a result, I finally got my next-most-wanted MGP purchased mount.  

Either this scene is a Hogwarts professor scolding an errant student, or its a wizard dad lecturing his son. In both cases its probably because the student/son exploded, melted or disapparated the professor/dad’s spooky wizard robe, leaving him to sit there and try to look intimidating in a sweaty undershirt.
