I was overcome with emotion today touring the reception area of Nakivale. These smiling, singing, laughing children, full of joy and hospitality, along with their parents have just arrived after fleeing their homes from deadly conflict. They have lost almost everything and have no idea what their future holds. Yet here they are teaching me about humanity. Showing me what dignity and gratitude looks like. I am forever humbled and hope never to forget them and their songs. #worldrefugeeday #nakivale #uganda #arcrelief
