Shinsou Jealous of Best Friend!Todoroki

It wasn't something new, for you to be out with Todoroki doing any multitude of things from shopping to just relaxing with a movie to even taking a day trip to anywhere in Japan. You guys had done it all together.

Now, don't misconstrue, Shinsou was glad you guys hung out so much and didn't mind to let his significant other spend time alone with her best friend. It made him happy simply just to see you happy. What got him to however was simply how much that time outweighed that you guys spent together on dates. You and Todoroki had experienced everything together at least once, but that same didn't apply to your relationship. Quite simply, he was jealous.

Normally, this would come as a shock considering Shinsou was someone who came off as detached and maintained a reputation for being straightforward with people, but anyone who had seen him with you knew he was completely and utterly infatuated with you. He couldn't bring himself to admit that he was, however. It scared him to death to think that if he pressed the subject that maybe his fears would reign true and you'd replace him with Shouto entirely. Of course, he always convinced himself it would pass and it was him who was doing something wrong, always adjusting to try and be the very best he could for his amor.

Weeks went to months, then almost a year until the conversation finally happened. He most certainly wasn't the one to start it.

"Shinsou, what's happening?" You had asked, leaning toward him from the other side of the table, cradling your mug after having told him about the day you and Shouto had planned. All it took was a falter in his expression you had began to notice as a trend when you mentioned your friend dates as you called them, followed by Shinsou biting his lip, and giving a smile. All in that order. "You always have this reaction when I mention Shouto. What are you thinking about?"

As expected he looked taken off guard and immediately dismissed the subject, not breaking until after multiple pouted insistences. "I envy him, okay? You guys go out all the time and yeah you invite me sometimes, but I dont want to invade on you having friends." He looked pitiful, head tilted towards the floor and eyes glancing up at you before casting away quickly.

Then you laughed quietly as you moved closer and cupped his cheeks then brought his eyes to meet yours for longer than a second, "Shinsou, I invite you because I really want you there! We spend every day together, live together, and we're dating. Usually you say that you don't mind and want me to go, so I figured that you just liked having the space."

"Well I don't mind and space is nice sometimes, but we don't do dates like you have with him. Usually its dinner or a movie, something casual, but you guys do exciting things also. I want to have those kinds of experiences with you... but just us."

You pulled him into a kiss, holding back giggles from how adorable you thought he was in this moment, running a hand through his purple hair, finally resting on his shoulder as you seperated. "Shinsou, all you had to do was say something. I'll start asking you out more, okay? Starting with today, beach date?"

Cuddling With Iida

It all started as a study date, huddled together in the chair at his desk, it having been a long time since the two of you last sat in seperate chairs.

Just like always it was his arms wrapped around your waist, holding you steady on his lap until he could comfortably prop his head on your shoulder and type around you, elbows replacing hands.

Sitting comfortably curled into his chest until finally one of you breaks and has to either give up and crash on the bed or grab a drink, usually you as Tenya was notorious for becoming zoned in on his work with the comfortable weight of you in his lap and the consistent clicking of his keys as he typed.

Soon after you become restless and stretch your legs, Tenya is grabbing a glass of orange juice for himself and refilling a glass of your own before joining you on the bed, humming mostly to himself about the assignment he just did, cooing about how he appreciates your patience.

You stay together on the bed for hours, making small talk to break up comfortable silence, switching positions every so often so you're both held at some point, both of you cautious of neglecting the other, giving as much love as you receive.

You eventually drift into a light nap together, hands tracing simple patterns or stroking hair, a mess of tangled limbs.

Hello!~ I'd like to request something with Iida and Delinquent!Reader where he finds out she's really good with first aid and medicine stuff because she gets into fights a lot and (maybe) gets a crush on her?

Yes, it was this one again. Iida sighed and perked up his shoulders, once again stepping into the middle of a fight or what was about to be one more accurately. The student wasn't one of class 1-A and therefore wasn't one he ever got to become familiar with until there became a significant increase in disruptions and write ups after the arrival of a new peer. It only made sense that he would become familiar with them quickly as his drive to keep things orderly led him to try and diffuse the conflict.

"This is far from your first warning, you know. This is neither the time nor the place for your disagreement," he spoke up, looking at the girl in apprehension. Typically, Iida didn't dislike anyone unless they had clearly established themselves as a danger- unless they were a villain he never found any reason to dislike them for that matter. Then he met someone who, no matter how many chances given to them, never took the advice given to them and tried to make a positive difference. She was a delinquent clear as day and Tenya was less than a fan of the behaviour, developing an air of exhaustion with the routine after a while. Why Principal Nezu allowed her to stay in the hero program was beyond him.

"This isn't a disagreement, speedster," the reply was delivered smoothly and calmly, the student moving past Iida and mumbling something not quite coherent that the other involved refused to repeat, "just keep your nose out of it, okay?" There was nothing to report, so all Iida could do was let it go and plan to confront her at a later time- or maybe it was time he did just finally learn that there are some things he can't alter?

Yeah, right.

He wasn't there to bear witness, but it had gotten around that the student was sent to her dorm for the rest of the school day for cheating on a test then causing problems with the teacher after being caught, something he assumed had to do with the earlier qualm. In a last ditch attempt for the day, he made way to the dorm complex of her particular class, a voice catching his attention as he made way to the entrance. It was clearly familiar, one he had heard a thousand times and yet he still couldn't place it until the figure came into view.

She wasn't alone, hunched over an animal that from a distance looked like a bird if he were to give his best guess, the voice a soft and smooth coo, lulling it to be calm as she examined the animal's wing. He could see even from a ways back that something wasn't quite right with it, possibly a broken wing knowing how often birds would fly into the windows. Before he could even take a step further the girl had already healed the bird and was setting it off into flight, signalling to him it was probably time to evade before he was seen to avoid confrontation. He ducked behind the corner and knocked at the door of the dorm building, ears red at the tips and frame jumping slightly as he heard the same voice from mere moments ago back to it's typical timbre. "Here to lecture me, speedy?"

Iida turned his head abruptly, seemingly taken off guard despite the reality of his fear of having been caught. "Haven't I told you not to call me that? There's nothing wrong with Tenya," his ears darkened and posture straightened, "but yes- in a sense."

This time, Tenya thought he had really made progress, the girl seeming to finally have listened to what he had to say, the next day proving to have been simply just aversions to make him leave quicker. Once again the routine resumed and he saw her heal several other animals, even mending a few wounds for classmates after training classes or spare. It made something in his chest tighten and confused him to no end, but that deterred him none. As he heard about the latest offense made by the young lady, he caught her on impulse before she was to her dorm, pulling her to the side.

"What's the deal?" He asked, not even bothering with a greeting this time, extending his arms outward to block her exit without crowding her too much.

"What do you mean 'what's the deal', there is no deal," She shrugged and looked off past him, seemingly trying to see if she could formulate some way to outrun Tenya and ignore the conversation.

"You and this delinquent attitude. You're in the hero course, so you have to strive to make some good impact on the world, but none of this is hero-like behaviour at all. Not to mention extremely unladylike. What could possibly compel you to cause so many issues in class?" He asked the question, but found himself only half listening as he knew that she wouldn't take the question seriously.

Something to the effect of "I don't want to be a hero or help anyone" really caught his attention, sparking him to life. "That's a lie, I saw you help those animals and your classmates. If you had no desire to help anyone, you wouldn't have helped any of their injuries. There's good in you, so why act out so negatively?"

It was only after hearing her talk that he realized almost all of her offenses had an explanation. The fights in defense of someone else, cheating to compensate for missed studying as a result of practicing her quirk on various animals and even people she encountered, the rest a snowball of a gained label that she chose to accept and embrace the role of.

Then it really hit him over the next several days.

How much he had admired about her personality and marvelled in her appearance- the playful remarks, strength, compassion, strong morals. All things that he had ignored in lieu of her write ups and long list of violations.

Tenya Iida had a crush on a delinquent of all people.
