#SiteLighting or #Arealighting can really be a daunting job, specially when the plan/site is actually HUGE. I have struggled with many sites (specially when it comes to #DIALux4, its horrible). The one trick that I have developed from those mind numbing experiences is to start from light. Because truly thats exactly what the client is here for, lighting design. So I start by inserting and arranging the luminaries. Then I add in the calculation surfaces (because we need reports). Then add the buildings, ground elements, decorative aspects, textures and the list goes on. Following this simple formula has saved me hundreds if not thousands of projects from crashing and truly made my life soo much more easier.
