according to the storygraph, my last read was the gentleman’s guide to vice and virtue & i finished reading it on september 13th! 

four: what was the last book you added to your tbr?

goodreads says flax-golden tales, the storygraph says broken stars. i’m not sure which one i updated most recently so you can have both 

eight: paperback or hardcover? why?

if i’m reading, i prefer hardcover because the pages stay down, but if it’s for general aesthetic i like paperbacks way more!

twenty-four: do you prefer to buy books online or in a bookshop?

bookshop for sure! i love love love browsing books in stores even if i’m never going to by them. however, buying books online means i get to open packages which is also super fun so really there’s no answer aaaaaaaa

I know everyone has been asking for a glass heart updated but I was wondering if you will continue updating sacrifice. That story is genuinely one of my all time favorite fanfics and I would love to know if it has been discontinued.

Not discontinued! It’s just quite a heavy story to write, so I really need to be in the right focused headspace to make it good. Lots of references to the symbolism and stuff from earlier chapters too, so I also always have to reread it in order to continue.

That being said, it’s actually my most planned out story so I already have the most hard hitting plot beats mapped out, it’s just a matter of how I’m gonna connect and write it all.

Wrote some stuff for it today, though! Trying to find my Ares voice again🤞

Yeah lmao I know that shit is complicated, but they were named after what the God/Goddess represent and not any interest in the actual myths. Their mom gives me big Persephone vibes so that’s why I ended up there.
