            She was always cranky when she awoke, if it wasn’t the hangover, it was the crank in her servos that caused her discomfort. Of course, the crank was caused by her system refueling pockets in her body; but when she awoke they were stiff until she moved about. Snapping at almost everything until Arete showed her stupid pretty face.

            Atlas hadn’t used her Gaia’s flame powers in a very long time. She hadn’t forgotten how to do it, simply she was under strict watch from the United Nations to ensure she wouldn’t use them. Becoming assigned with the Robotic Division and Security, the RDS ensured that Atlas was under close watch on how she used her powers, or where she used them. Atlas was already in a heap of trouble to activating, and keeping, Arete alive. Her very existence was a threat, the UN stated. Her superiors wanted her offline. However, Atlas wasn’t going to destroy a life already given.
