Well, for the average person, it's not really that unusual. Just two men going to some kind of industry party. Blurred faces, voices Argo don't want to hear, and the constant detachment from those around him.

Oh, and the mutual romantic feelings he has for his co worker.

I'm absolutely over dramatising shit, but no matter what happens, Argo and Thophel will always oppose each other in some sense.

Despite their alliance and working together, the fact that their careers contradict at every point is unavoidable. Even if they choose to do nothing about one another, there is still the potential that the other is a threat. We know Argo's ability to cover a murder far exceeds Thophel's ability to do so and Thophel knows the inner workings of the law and all it's proceedures, they could both easily dispose of one another if they decided to...

This isn't impossible either, it's possible for Gid to kill Argo in an ending, so it's not like Thophel's incapable of turning of him if he wished considering he's certainly smarter.

Thophel admits to the job as Argo's underling being beneficial to him, which could be a reason as to why nothing happens, but surely this is a risk on both ends. Argo could easily kill him, Thophel could easily turn him in. Why do they stay like that and live in constant anxiety or stress forever.
