This is a little alarming for the #CapeTownCycleTour - I remember the last 'Cape of Storms' #ArgusCycleTour in 2009. My friend @dawie_08 was blown off his bike and broke his elbow! Yikes. We shall take it slow! @ctcycletour 🌬💨🌪😨🚴😱 (at Vergelegen Wine Estate)

So, on Sunday my darling @meggief and I will ride the @CTCycleTour again! I will be on my #Brompton folding bike, having a blast! Megie will join me on her #Schwinn #MTB - we have done three rides this way. I think this will be my 12th or 13th Argus Cycle Tour. Fun, family time! This year the route had been shortened because of fires along the beautiful Cape Town coast that have made rock falls a possibility. So instead of the usual 100km we will only ride 47km.

Got my #ArgusCycleTour magazine yesterday and saw my #brompton and I on page 39! Fame! Ha ha! So cool! Rode my #MTB this morning on the #hillsofjoy - it was super windy!!! Great riding though, out at 4.45am back at 6. (at Vergelegen Estate)
