~Though, you’ll also been “man” “my guy” and “dude”
~In fact, I firmly believe Argyle only uses your name when he’s upset with you, or introducing you to other people, and that’s all
~Not that he ever really gets UPSET upset
~My favorite Argyle trait is his general chill demeanor, and the fact that I don’t think he’d ever really be able to yell at you, or get super angry
~Like, he’d get frustrated and huff and puff, but he’d never get angry, y’know?
~Smoking with him, or at least, always smelling like you do…even if you don’t
~Knows all your favorite songs, and would probably absently hum them without even meaning to, all day every day
~Isn’t necessarily touchy feely in the traditional way
~Argyle is constantly near you or touching you, but it isn’t on purpose, or a conscious choice. He sort of just shares your personal space without even meaning to
~That means, bumping into you when you’re walking side by side, breathing down your neck and stepping on your shoes
~Talking for one another, or accidentally finishing each other's sentences
~He loves so authentically, and so fully
~Would constantly ask if you’re okay, or if you need anything, especially when he’s high and even more hyperfocused on you
~Argyle is a never ending snack machine
~He’s the mom friend, for sure, with sneaky compartments and stashes of chips and candy hidden in the van
~Is a Golden Retriever bf 100%
~Loves to surprise you in all ways
~It doesn’t matter if that means picking up that book you’ve been talking about all week or showing up where you work with a coffee, he’ll do it
~He’s always prepared to drop what he’s doing to come see you, just because it’s been an hour or two and he misses you
~Remembers everything. Whether it be that dentist appointment you keep forgetting to write down or the anniversary of your first real date, he can keep track of it, even if you can’t.
~He also has a wealth of knowledge surrounding things you’ve told him, or things you like, even if he may not have learned it on his own.
~Calls you from work sometimes just to check in…and has definitely gotten in trouble for it once or twice
~Loves to hug you from behind so that he can rest his head on your shoulder, no matter how far down he has to lean
~I believe with every ounce of my soul that Argyle is a permanent plus one, and everywhere you go, he goes and vice versa. That’s just the way it is.
~They might as well hire you at Surfer Boy considering how much time you spend there during the day or riding along in the van
~Would, has and would again date a fat girl. You will NOT convince me otherwise
