Thought more about the lil fairytale curse au and so far only got some for Sunny, Mari, and Omori (the usual pls i love the siblings a lot).
The AU is still set in modern world but fantasy stuff is added. Honestly need to brush up on my fairytales too.
Sunny, Mari, and Omori are siblings! Sunny and Omori are twins. Though they got separated when an Event happened which caused the curses.
Also thinking about how in this AU, it's similar with Kitsune Omori AU where the three moved to Faraway Town much later. So basically the siblings haven't met the others when they all got cursed. (Rethinking if everyone will have curses or some won't though)
Sunny found himself in a forest somewhere in the city with Sleeping Beauty curse. Basically, he is now always listless and sleepy, found and taken care by 3 fairies. Sunny's curse let's him create and have adventures in his own lil dreamworld but sleep too deeply and he won't ever wake up anymore unless the curse is broken.
Abbi is always able to wake him up before that though, but cuz of the curse trying to take effect, the 3 always gotta be nearby otherwise Sunny will just fall asleep anywhere. He misses his siblings too and his curse allows him to visit them through dreams if they all fell asleep around the same time! One reason why he doesn't seem to want to leave the forest and also since he doesn't know where Mari and Omori are.
Omori found himself under water with the Little Mermaid curse. He was found by Humphrey and BYC, they're the ones that helped him get accustomed to life underwater. Omori can still turn into a human when on land but there's just two problems.
He loses his voice, not as huge of a problem, and each step he takes is painful, which is a very big problem (referencing the og tragic story) So Omori just sticks to the water while trying to figure out a way to find his siblings.
Mari found herself at the hangout spot's lake as a swan! Mewo was somehow with her and she can even understand her now too, although only when she's a swan. Mari has the Swan Lake curse, just like in the story, she turns into a human only when the moon's reflection hits the water of the lake and turns back as a swan when the reflection vanishes.
Mari isn't stuck in one lake though, if she moves to another lake then that lake will be the new basis for the curse's effect! She's basically the only one of the three that actively moves around with Mewo following behind her. She'll fly about as a swan and find a lake to settle on and rest then continue her search at night again as a human.
