It was warm outside and Lucina found herself taking a turn of the garden with her handmaiden, arms linked as they wandered for quite some time, chattering quiet about current events of the kingdom. When they had grown tiresome she let herself be led to the sitting area under the shade, her maiden heading off to the kitchen. Her usual escort was keeping close tabs but keeping a distance. Lucina had heard of her friend’s visit and was eagerly awaiting her arrival, dressed down but still remaining appropriate of the standards she was made to uphold.

The man’s travels and his crusade usually took him to state or city. But this time was different. Quite different. Lee’s travels had taken him to an underwater city for the sake of his crusade, where he remained in his usual outfit and was capable of breathing and functioning just fine. 

Lee’s crusade took him to cities, states, and other areas one at a time, worldwide! Eradicating crime until the areas were crime free and peaceful like his hometown is and the state around it thanks to his efforts. Ultimately, he was striving for world peace. However long it took. 

It seemed even underwater, criminals existed. He sensed a very important person was about to be attacked. However he disappeared and reappeared at the scene, catching the thug’s hand raised to attack the woman. “Not today.” He made restraints appear on the thug for now. 

His attention then focused on the woman with a polite, bright and kind smile appearing on his features towards them. “Hey. Are you alright?” The man asked in response to the current moment in time.

Chris had been home alone and messing around the kitchen when a knock on the door interrupted him. He brushed off his hands with a kitchen towel and walked over to answer that. “Oh hey.” A real smile appeared on his face when he saw Mel standing there. “I didn’t expect you today but come in. How are you?”

She knocked on the large wooden door. She was trying to hide her nerves. Her uncle David (aka Prince Charming) had told her about Melody. He though that since they were close in age and both somewhat new to town the would make fast friends. The door slowly opened. “Hi, Im Brenly. My Uncle David said that he told you about me. How would you like to go to Granny’s and get a burger?” She spoke cheerfully.

Belle wasn’t from Atlantica. Her pod of merfolk lived on a reef past the edge of the great seafloor city. She’d often been warned against going up to the surface, of course, but she rarely listened. Especially when her curiosity got the best of her. Like it had today. She loved watching humans’ ships from the surface. They were so much more interesting this way than just the boring bottom of the hull from beneath.

And the people she could see onboard the ship from where she hid were so varied and colourful. Just as merfolk were. It was amazing how similar they could be, but at the same time how different.

Fins and Waves (Emma/Melody)

With the wind blowing in her hair, Emma took a deep breath, smelling the salty sea ahead of her. She had never been one to like the water much, but Killian's adoration of it had made it grow on her. Suddenly, in the stillness of the water, she saw ripples and thought she recognized Ariel's fins. She sat on the edge of the dock and became confused when she didn't see the mermaid's signature red hair.
