almost all of pearls dish/cookingware is from s9, when she got really into making soup for her, gem, and impulse. as a result, all of her bowls are wooden, and a lot of her plates and silverware are too bc they were made so early in the season that she couldnt spare iron or clay for them. she takes a lot of care of them, but a lot are stained or dissolved bc of her dubiosly edible concoctions -🖤

bc both scar and pearl were lonely victors, as soon as secret life is over pearl forcefully has a self care day with scar and they make cookies and cut eachothers hair whilst gossiping. pearl is especially excited bc now she has someone to go to about the life games (grian won’t talk about them or take them seriously) so the self care day bleeds into the next couple weeks (they got distracted), cuing their fellow hermits to check in on them. they find them building an elaborate pillow fort complete with scotts picture impaled on a target. the hermits are understandably baffled, but grian just shakes his head and plots with gem to sic the snails on the two

pearl was born stone deaf, but since shes a moth she has (very fragile and sensitive) spots around her body she can "hear" from. she wears protective leather sheathes around those spots and mostly uses her antennae to "listen"- like a snake does.

anyways most hermits dont know about this but gem, impulse, grian, and skizz (hes the kind of guy you just dont worry about your disabilities with yk) and sometimes she'll get loud or hear things others cant (as a charles bonnet syndrome type thing bc shes constantly losing her hearing) and thats where 5am pearl comes in, bc she cant hardly hear half of whats happening and the other half is completely falsified information

yeah ofc! :) though since tvtropes is kind of confusing if you haven't done a bunch of trial and error lol, i'll ahead-of-time provide a page for you to work with:

you make new pages for fandoms and stuff on tvtropes by just coming up with a title and a media for it to be sourced from (in this case "podcast"), and then just putting that together in a link and clicking said link. then you can just press the "edit page" button to get started :) i've added some of the basic stuff ahead-of-time tho, just to make things a bit easier. if you don't know how something works i'd recommend just going to a more popular page, finding an example of something you want to do, then going into "edit page" mode and finding that thing there to see what was done to make it that way! :) (hope that was worded right lol)
