Summer Highlights 2013
Back in the middle of June, we put together a small rundown of some of the best pieces of the Summer season from some of our brands here at Arkive. There is a mix of gear below including a couple of shirts, some tees and one or two pieces of footwear fit for the last remaining month-or-so of Summer.

Now that our clocks have jumped forward and the weather is starting to push temperatures up above freezing point, we can look towards some new summer footwear. Made out of Horween leather, these Sebago docksides fit the bill pretty nicely.

As we have mentioned in our Spring Footwear picks feature, trainers are born out of innovation & with the aim of increasing performance in a certain field or sport. One of these innovations is the Gel system from Asics, this once space-age tech is utilised in the Asics Gel Saga II.
Clae began back in 2001, and are one of very few 'new' brands to break into the footwear sector and stay their, which is no mean feat considering that most new footwear brands would struggle to forge their way into stores & onto feet, especially back in the early-mid noughties.
We have just received another part of the Carhartt Spring/Summer 2013, its looking pretty..pretty...pretty...pretty good! Sticking to their unique mixture of workwear & streetwear, the collection starts off with the classic Carhartt Michigan jacket, a piece pulled stright from the Carhartt archives but given a more contemporary cut.
