In other news, here are my new favoritest creatures.
Something changed when I tried going back to the island; the seas were mad and impossible to sail through.
I'm on a new land now, the name foreign on my tongue, and yet, it comes easily.

so here we are.
I managed to transfer over succesfully to scorched earth. Some things have changed:
- The gather rate is lower - Difficulty is now 6, meaning the max level dino is 180 for normal, 216 for tek/wyverns and stuff
Up until now I havent actually died, which I'm pretty happy about. Honestly, scorched is a mess with the environmental hazards. As you can see, my base is gonna be next to water (its actually pretty much right on 50lon 50lat coordinates wise) so that works. Also, I have an S+ setting that allows me to place an intake pipe anywhere lol. But that kinda felt like cheating so I'm situated near water anyway.
It seems everything that wants to kill me is across the river, which is nice. Except for a very pesky level 180 saber strolling around here somewhere. Sadly, I can't seem to encounter it when I'm looking for it. I just got enough tranq arrows and built a trap and suddenly it's nowhere to be found. So I tamed a measly level 36 terror bird instead. I've never tamed a terror bird before, and this one was seperated from its (much prettier and better) level 120 cousin. Sadly I couldnt tame that one cause it was harrassing some doedics and was quite hurt
I am super looking forward to scorched, actually. My first weather event was a lightning storm so I hope its gonna be a really good experience. I know many people dont like this map but I actually love the aesthetic and love love LOVE the wyverns.

I’m almost done with my theri army, all I need is more saddles (this blueprint costs 5k wood per saddle..........hahaha..........) and im all done with my rex army. My theri army is looking quite...diverse but my rex army only has 2 vatiations.
Oh and if you think I wasn’t gonna be 100% extra and dye all the saddles to match the theris and rexes you were wrong
