they probably meant masculine and feminine. however, it’s sadly the norm for men to be masculine and women to be feminine.

That’s nice, but masculine is not a proper synonym for manly and feminine is not a proper synonym for womanly. They should look for that post that explains how to actually use a thesaurus, because words do not mean the same thing and all have different connotations.

And also despite the “norm” human beings of all genders have different body types, small men don’t automatically become women/womanly because they’re small and soft. Women aren’t men/manly just because they're thick and chiseled. Thinking that way is kind of a big, blaring problem and a nice preview of the train wreck the rest of a piece of reading is going to be.
