“Can I please talk about how annoying my flight was?” she called out as she entered the kitchen, glad to see someone was there. Shanley had only been in the villa for about an hour and yet that was the longest the woman had gone without complaining to someone, anyone about her journey. “Like I get I’m a teacher, I’m supposed to love kids, right?” she asked rhetorically, pausing to take a sip of her iced coffee, “But...the screaming children...I was fully prepared to jump off that plane.” she groaned, leaning against the counter, her back to whoever was listening, “Not to mention, there was an older man sitting near me who kept talking about his very available nephew who would be interested in a ‘gal like me.’” her eyes rolled as she recounted, “He snored too. Icing on the crap-cake.” // ( ft. @arlocedwards )
