Day 3

Random day:

Chest press machine: 30-70lbs Max -5 sets, 10 reps, 30-60sec break

Shoulder press machine: 10-30lbs -5 sets, 10 reps, 30-60sec break

Arm Extensions machine: 10lbs Max -5 sets, 10 reps, 30-60sec break

Lat pulldown machine: 70lbs -5 sets, 10 reps, 30-60sec break

Arm curls machine: 10lbs Max -5 sets, 15 reps, 30-60sec break

I don't have much endurance so I constantly need to lower weight after one/two sets. I reached muscle fatigue for triceps after the Arm Extensions. At the Lat pulldowns my biceps started to cramp, so I moved on to Arm curls and finished the 5 sets and went back to Lat pulldowns and completed all 5 sets in one sitting. I also tried the chest fly machine, and I didn't do more than 2 sets because there was too much muscle/ligament/tendon strain and didn't want to continue on that machine. On monday is chest/arms/back day again so I hope people aren't monopolizing the free weights like today lol (thats why I used machines, but it got the job done).

Needless to say, my arms were dead by the time I left the gym after an hour. Good workout because I pushed to the max all the way to the end, what other way is there to do it?

P.S. Quadriceps are killing me lol (from yesterday).
