Day 10: (insert title)
Feeling better brings a sigh of relief. I feel more like myself again and was able to get back on track. Still feeling sore, but that has become normal at this point. Squats are coming along better, and I don't feel as much pain as early as before. I still lack upper body strength. Working on my arms takes multiple sets of few reps just to get through the workout. I think I may need to cut down on the quantity of reps but work more on the quality of them. All I can think of is how I better be able to do at least one God damn push-up before the end of this shit.
Update!
So I found out more about my arm (the X-rays came back). As it turns out...I may have minor my fractured one of the bones in my arm. Hooray! =P

What I'm desperately trying not to sound like.
and now that I have shoveled all day its time for my tendonitis to render my left arm unusable. I am too young to have this many joint issues. Bye Bye left arm see ya in two weeks.
