Does anyone know of something that would help support your arm at a specific height while in bed? I'd really like something that was essentially like a long rectangular box but also a pillow, but the firmest pillows seem to be memory foam ones which isn't really what I want since my arm would sink into it over time

Currently I am using a combination of pillows and blankets and the sinking in and shifting around is the problem I have with it
