Minato had a large amount of respect for Akihiko, but he honestly couldn’t understand why he was so obsessed with protein. When it came to protein, Minato did love eating his meat dishes, but protein as in the powder? Even if it were in the form of a protein shake, Minato would partake in it, he did try it, but the flavor to him tasted too fake, and that was enough for him to draw the line. Surely there was more to it than just protein and extreme exercises that could probably impair even the most sporty athletic -- well, Minato thought so anyway
[{ 🦋 }] - “Oh that’s what he meant huh? Then why didn’t he just say that from the beginning? I sort of had a feeling there was a lot more to it than just protein and overly hardcore workouts.”
As the older male continues to elaborate a little bit more on what Akihiko was trying to get at, Shinjiro’s advice, sounded a lot more straight forward and easier to understand. Akihiko was sure a weird one when it came to protein and workouts -- it was like he was addicted to it. Minato knew the importance of keeping in shape, but Akihiko Sanada, took it much further.
Randomly producing a small handheld notebook, he takes out a pen, opens the cap and prepares to write everything down, he didn’t want to miss a single piece of advice -- because it was nice to hear genuine answers for a change instead of just pointing at a physical health supplement. Nodding his head a bunch, he write the first piece of advice down before grey eyes once again look up, eyes eager for more helpful advice from the man with the moon arcana.
[{ 🦋 }] - “Okay, I gotta build muscle. What kind of work outs do I do? Like, Weight Lifting? Or should I add some cardio in here too?” Unfortunately for Shinjiro, his answer -- would only lead to Minato becoming more invested in his feedback. It was safe to say, that Minato would be here for a while, hopefully Shinjiro wouldn’t have a headache once the fool was finished.
