(Remember, You can’t “spot train” for fat loss. Meaning you can’t choose where you lose fat from unfortunately. But toning the muscle improves appearance in the area. And fat loss comes from diet ❤️) The workout: •Bent Over, Single Arm Row •Dumbbell Fly (lean forward & squeeze shoulder blades to engage back muscles). •Alternating Bicep Curls •Elbow out, tricep extensions •”Up, Down” Plank •Elbow in, tricep Extensions •Bent Over, Barbell Row Do each exercise, 10 reps. Rest 30-60 seconds in between.
