Doom: Limitations, decay, empathy, and consumption.

A Knight of Doom is an interesting classpect... it means someone who defends and provides an aspect people typically associate with negativity. However, given that the Doom aspect is also associated with necessary restriction, caution, and empathy, and that they are a Knight, this person may act the complete opposite way. The two (technically 3) knights we’ve seen mostly hide from their aspects. They invent personas to shield themselves from their aspect and parts of it they dislike. As a Knight of Doom this person may be a lot like Karkat. Someone who throws caution to the wind and pretends to have little empathy. While they can act cocky, independant, and a little selfish, on the inside they’re worried sick of the future. They think about the consequences of their actions even as they’re doing them, but they try to ignore it, and their likely excuse would be that they’re just trying to not be a “wet blanket”. As a Prospitan, they likely don’t recognize the hidden deeper meanings, or they try not to think about it. Instead, they focus on the present. Less “why” and more “how” they keep this persona up. But of course, as a Knight, they mostly do reckless things in service of others, or to help them. They aren’t THAT selfish.
