hi okay so this is going to be sort of a general FAQ/rules for the blog.
WHAT WE OFFER:

PLEASE DO NOT SPAM REQUESTS
nine times out of ten, your request will be filled by mod 8ean in the order it was received---older ones before newer ones. i will get to your request eventually, and sending the same request multiple times will not make me do them faster.
HOW TO REQUEST:
moodboards: please include the full extended sign (leries, sagius, et cetera---if your extended sign is a true sign, please clarify that you are requesting for a true aries, taurus, et cetera), and any additional themes/motifs you want in the moodboard. if you have a particular aesthetic in mind and it's not a widely-used/self-explanatory term (such as scene, cottagecore, goth, dark academia, kidcore, et cetera), please include examples of the kind of vibe you're after (so, for example, "cybergrunge: chain jewelry, casual e-girl influenced styles, neon lighting, and gritty photography"). if you are requesting a relationship moodboard (pinius ā„ļø viro, for example) it is very helpful to include the genders of the individuals in question. not necessary, but very helpful.
note on relationship moodboards: we do all four quadrants, but please keep your request to a maximum of three individuals. we do not do more than two individuals in monogamous quadrants, with exception to the red quadrant bc human polyamory is a thing. (so "true aquarius ā ļø sagilo ā ļø arun" is not acceptable, but "true aquarius ā£ļø sagilo ā£ļø arun" is. likewise, "taurpia ā¦ļø lelo ā¦ļø pisci" is not acceptable, but "taurpia ā¦ļø lelo who is friends with a pisci" is). further explanation here. we also do quadrant vacillation, again with no more than three individuals per request (more than three is difficult to format). if you do not include a quadrant, i will assume red.
playlists: again, please include the full sign, and any preferences for genre/theme. these will take the longest, as i try to make each playlist unique (so, six unique songs per playlist, though i will re-use a few). like moodboards, it is VERY helpful to include the genders of individuals in relationship requests.
note on relationship playlists: the same applies here as for relationship moodboards---please limit your request to a maximum of three individuals, and please do not request a playlist for more than two individuals in a monogamous quadrant except red. we will do quadrant vacillation, but if you do not indicate a quadrant i will assume red.
fashion boards: please include the full sign and a presentation preference (masculine, feminine, or androgynous). your actual gender doesn't matter---i just want to find clothes that you are comfortable wearing. please include any size or style preferences in your request---for example, feminine, plus-size, and no skirts, or masculine with earrings.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO:
horn/wing designs: the full extended sign is all i need!
stim/gifboards. if you do extended-zodiac-based stim/gifboards and would like a promo, please let us know!
analyses. we used to offer analyses, but none of the active mods can do them, so we have not offered them for years. please go to @localbardofmind @zerotheclasspector and @amygda-sinyda for zodiac-based analyses, or if you do zodiac-based analyses, please let me know so i can promo you.
fantrolls. we used to offer fantroll designs, but the process became deeply unenjoyable, so we regretfully no longer offer them. you can peruse the tag of requests we did do here. anonymously requested designs are free for anyone to use. @systemgoblincore is accepting fantroll commissions. if you or someone you know accepts fantroll design requests or is taking commissions, let me know so i can promote you here.
kin stuff. we are an extended zodiac blog, so we will NOT do requests like "moodboard for a tavros that misses his moirail aradia." we WILL do requests that rely on the signs, like "moodboard for a true taurus page who misses his moirail, a true aries maid girl." luckily, @kinburger does kin-based moodboards, stimboards, icons, care kits, and edits, and they also fulfill general classpect requests. if you or anyone else you know runs a homestuck kin blog, please let me know!
bloodswaps. because every sign has its counterpart in every other sign class, we feel that bloodswaps are redundant and would lead to unnecessary confusion in our tagging system. we WILL do mutant colors, hemo-anonymous, and moodboards/etc for signs with a color THEME outside of their sign, but not "blood-swapped signs." we work with the extended zodiac as written. so: tldr: "arsces with dark green themes" or "mutant (cyan blue) taurittanius" are fine, but "bloodswapped gemga (jade-ways)" is not.
fusion signs/non-canon signs. while we do dual-dreamer requests, that is under one sign of the canonical extended zodiac. for example, "dual dreamer true gemini" is valid, but "virgo/virpio dual aspect sign" is not valid. "redesigns" only re-design canon sign symbols---we do not invent new signs.
general classpect stuff. again, we are an extended zodiac blog, so please include your extended sign. we will NOT accept requests like "playlist for a tealblood sylph of mind." however, @rogue-of-heart-classpecting does general classpect moodboards and analyses. please check them out if that's something you want. @kinburger also fulfills general classpect requests as well as kin requests. if you or anyone else you know runs a general classpect blog, please let me know!
general astrology stuff. unfortunately we are a homestuck blog. if you know any blogs that offer content similar to ours for Actual Human Astrology, please let us know so we can promo them.
requests that are not specific enough. we CANNOT do "virsci page ā„ļø aquarist rogue" because we MUST have a format. please include whether you want a moodboard/playlist/et cetera in your ask.
multiple requests per ask. please only request one thing per ask. if we get a request like "moodboard or playlist for taursces" we will pick ONE of those things to do, but if you send a request like "moodboard and playlist for an aro" neither will be done.
trauma-core/content explicitly about trauma or trauma responses. mod 8ean is neurotypical and feels that making content of this nature as a neurotypical, even at the request of others, would both glorify and trivialize the very real pain and struggle of those who dissociate/suffer from extreme phobias/have ptsd or other traumagenic mental illnesses. we WILL do requests that are dark, angsty, or edgy and requests that deal with recovery or general negative emotions. requests like "angsty moodboard for a lerist with water and knives," "sad playlist for a piun" or "moodboard for a gemsces recovering from self-harm" is fine, but "moodboard for a caprio with a fear of snakes and themes of disassociation" is not.
IF ONE OF THE MODS ASKS FOR CLARIFICATION ON A REQUEST, YOU MUST RE-SEND YOUR REQUEST IN FULL WITH THE CLARIFICATION. otherwise we will forget the original request by the time we get to yours.
so, PLEASE send your clarification like "yes, for the moodboard both the scorus heir and the aquaza seer are trans. the scorus is a boy and the aquaza is a girl." as in, the format of the request, the signs in the request, AND the clarification are all included in your follow-up. please do not reply to our post asking for clarification, because, again, we will forget your full request and it will not get done.
we do every request we get, so rest assured, your request WILL be posted. our inbox is always open (unless otherwise stated in the blog's header).
