Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! It’s Peak Week again :D!! Today is Day 75 and #ArmsAbsAce day of #80DO. I did most of my workout this morning before work. Since I no longer work from home I had to account for time to get clean, make sure I had food and drive to the office. As much as I would’ve liked to finish it all at once it would’ve caused me to rush far too much ^^;. I’m super excited for tomorrow! @best_girl_tylar and I are going out to the city to have fun day out together and if the weather allows we’re going to head to the #richmondnightmarket :3. Regardless though; he insists on spoiling me tomorrow which is just another reason I love him <3. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today is Day 69 (hehe NICE) and #ArmsAbsAce day of #80DO I woke up this morning to train and then went back to bed lol. I still got my workout in but still did my best to work on my “time under tension” . I think when I no longer work from home it’ll REALLY push me to keep my training sessions efficient. I would HATE to not finish my training before work. I KNOW for a fact that I won’t be able to train after work. Or at the very least it wouldn’t feel as effective to me. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today is Day 63 and #ArmsAbsAce day of #80DO I gotta wake up earlier to train lol. My “time under tension is still awful”. When I see notifications on my computer and phone I can’t help but look TT__TT. AAA is always a killer workout too lol. I attempted to do 30lbs eccentric Chest Presses. I think I would’ve had an easier time if I had a barbell. My left side was having some trouble holding my powerblock style dumbbell without worrying about losing grip and then it falling onto my chest. I found a video on how to do stomach vacuums and some exercises and I think I’ll try them tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll do them properly and they’ll help me build up even more core strength. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today is Day 56 and #ArmsAbsAce day of #80DO I REALLY need to make up my mind about which style of I’m going to use only my spreadsheets ^^;. I’m using far too much time switching back and forth between different layouts. Maybe I’ll go back to my original layout and then just take 2 screenshots to make sure all of the exercises are accounted for. The most recent styles’ problem is that I can’t easily see what weight or resistance loops I used the last time I did that specific workout. I think it’ll be easier to do that than to worry about the text being legible while trying to fit everything I want in my screenshots TT__TT. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today is the first #ArmsAbsAce day of Phase 3 :D. Happy #FlexFriday :D! I woke up a bit later today and I snagged a #powernap before my evening class started ^^;. I’m still so bad at keeping “Time-under-tension” . I think I did better today though because I didn’t get distracted as much but still not as good as I’d like to be. I’m also doing #Flashbackfriday! I don’t have a post from May 6th last year so I’ll use May 5th’s lol. Hopefully that’s close enough ^^;. I can’t believe how different I feel and look going from 26.6% to 23.8% body fat. I can’t wait to see what milestones. I’ll achieve by year’s end :D. I’m shooting for that #muscularwaifu build :D. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today is #ArmsAbsAce day. I’m so bad at keeping my “Time-under-tension” TT__TT. Perhaps I should go back to using paper copies of my tracking sheets so it’ll keep me away from my computer more. I’m happy with my lifts today. I figured out that if I widen my stance during those Tricep Kickbacks in Plank. Still hard AF though especially on my right shoulder ^^;. I wanted to train yesterday but I woke up quite sore and there was an awful knot in my right pectoral muscle. It was in a spot that would be really hard to massage out because there isn’t much between my skin and ribs at that spot TT__TT. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today was #ArmsAbsAce day. I’m feeling a lot better today! I still have a headache from my cold but I can literally breathe a lot easier :D. My goal of getting more sleep still isn’t going to well because I was trying to use all the resin I could in #genshinimpact before I went to bed >.>. I think I may need to take a break from the game for a while because I feel like it’s starting to become a job/obligation vs. something I do for fun ^^;. I gained like 4lbs while sick because I ate a whole pack of cheese flavored Korean instant noodles in the last few days ^^; I also had some Crunchy’s but I regret those mainly because the taste wasn’t as good as I remember lol. Maybe my body really doesn’t want me on those carbs lol. I gotta find out how to get back into the same state of Ketosis I did when I first started the Keto Lifestyle.
