Thought I had that I think you should also have to think about: Tango subconsciously wrapping his tail around Jimmy while Bad Boys and TIES are negotiating. Just them standing near each other and Tango's tail just wraps around his ankle out of habit, he doesn't even notice until Jimmy is walking away and he has to let go of him

They stand a little closer than any normal people would, especially considering they're not allies either. But they're also not enemies? They're on good terms, so that's as good of an excuse as they'll get.
To be fair, Jimmy doesn't notice either. And he can't say he was too caught up in the negotiation to notice cause he really wasn't paying attention. Joel was doing most of the talking here.
Jimmy can feel the heat Tango's radiating, that's how close they're standing. He does feel something sweeping against his ankle but he assumes it's the untamed grass of the T.I.E.S island.
He steals another lingering glance at Tango. His gaze stays fixated on Tango's cheekbones for just a little too long. It's like he's trying to print the image on the underside of his eyelids, so that every time he must close his eyes he's greeted with a picture of his lovely rancher.
"Thanks guys! Alright boys, let's go."
Jimmy is startled by Joel's voice. For a moment he'd tuned everything else out, but now Joel was speaking directly to him. And it was time to leave.
Jimmy tries stepping away, feeling a familiar tight tug on his ankle. And when he looks down he finds Tango's tail wrapped securely around the joint.
"Oh, sorry. Old habits die hard." Tango laughs. He unfurls his tail and swings it away, resting it on the ground behind him.
"No worries." Jimmy smiles. "See you later?" He doesn't know why he phrases it like a question. He's not asking to see Tango later. There's a small chance they'll see each other from a distance the rest of the game but meeting up just to see one another? Slim to none.
Tango shrugs. "We'll see." Well. Better than nothing.
