Your favorite proteins would taste great and be healthier with this Paleo maple teriyaki marinade. It's the ideal balance of sweet and savory, made with pure maple syrup, fresh aromatics, and coconut aminos. This marinade's delicious flavor will elevate any dish it's grilledbe it chicken, beef, or salmon.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup coconut aminos. 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Pinch of black pepper.
Instructions: Coconut aminos, maple syrup, grated ginger, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper should all be thoroughly mixed in a small bowl. Put your preferred proteinsuch as salmon, beef, or chickeninto a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Make sure the protein is evenly coated after adding the marinade. Turning occasionally, marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, covered the dish or sealed the bag. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high when you're ready to cook. Take the protein out of the marinade and throw away any leftover marinade. Grill the protein until it's cooked through, paying attention to the cooking times recommended for that particular type of protein. Enjoy while hot!
