Her role is to guide our clients in finding the right lawyer to help them with a particular legal issue. We are often asked to assist people in areas of the law outside of our expertise- such as family law, criminal law, bankruptcy or immigration. In these cases, Ana helps put our clients in contact with trusted #legal professionals and will often make them appointments for their consultations. She manages inquiries received through phone calls, emails, social media and walk-ins. Since she interacts with people from around the world, she has excellent communication skills and one of the most delightful personalities on the planet.
