Back-to-Back Back Sets Here's wide grip lat pulldowns (shown). I am stlll getting a feel for speed and control. This was my top set of 220 lbs. I did 175 for 10 and messed around on a chinup machine (or is it down, chindown, is that a thing? I get so confused about directions anymore, #ARowByAnotherName) a chinUP machine before hopping back on the wide grip pd machine for my top set. On Wednesday I might turn around in the seat and pull from behind my head. While I'm at it I might even paint my face green and do a paused rep or two.
