Ulquiorra
The bat ears he gets in this form are… unbelievably sensitive. If his S/O touches them, it’s a step down from touching his Hollow hole. He whimpers softly and at first tries to pull away. After a moment, if they don’t stop, he sort of relaxes into it and sighs. It’s actually nice. Just different.
If his S/O touches his Hollow hole while he’s in his Segunda Etapa form, expect that submission instinct (@arrancxr!!!) to be triggered. It usually doesn’t happen with much, for Ulquiorra, but that is always a guarantee. He’ll gasp and go stiff and stop speaking, and it might take a few minutes to snap him out of it.
Wraps his wings entirely around his S/O to protect them. He’ll take the hit himself if it means he can protect them. He’s probably stronger than they are, in any case, so he has nothing to lose while they have everything to lose.
He’s a little more affectionate in this form, especially after whatever threat caused him to activate it has passed. He’ll willingly run hands through his S/O’s hair, give them a tight hug, and tell them to take care of themselves. Even once Segunda Etapa has been deactivated, he’ll sit there with them in his lap, holding their hands, for a while.
Often he uses his tail to pull his S/O out of immediate danger. He wraps it around their waist and yanks them away like an old-timey hook dragging a character offstage.
