This led to a sad & deadly encounter w/a poor, frightened raccoon who'd stowed on Cope's boat. Scared & defensive & seeking escape, Cope shooed the traumatized raccoon off his boat, into the deep waters, 20 miles off shore, all the while his friends recording the events & laughing. As the raccoon fell in, one friend can be heard yelling, "so long sucker". The narcissistic sociopaths even recorded the poor raccoon struggling for life in the water, all the while laughing. In FL, by statute that is animal cruelty. To further display his antisocial personality, #Cope then posted the video on his facebook page. After a backlash, he removed it, along with his profile page & made an apology which is not acceptable.
