Let’s Get Excited

Here we go gang. It’s Arrow Day. We have what looks like a dozy of an episode before us, particularly considering what happened last week and the fact that we’ve got a little mini-hiatus looming. 

No season of television is perfect, so of course Season 5 has flaws, but I am in love with Arrow this year. My reasons are my own and I’m not going to go into them – because that’s not the point of this post. But I’m so very exited for 5x18 - 5x23. 

I can’t wait to see how Oliver rises above Adrian’s attempts to break him. 

I can’t wait to see Diggle be Master Yoda. 

I can’t wait to see Felicity go to bat to save Team Arrow and Oliver and take down Prometheus, knowing that the consequences could be severe. 

I can’t wait for some Olicity goodness and growth.

I can’t wait to see how William factors in to Olicity and if Oliver can finally accept that being a hero, husband, father and the mayor is possible.

I can’t wait for some Dyla.

I can’t wait to see Prometheus get handed his ass. Because dude is one sick motherf***er.

I can’t wait for whatever the hell Talia’s endgame is. 

I can’t wait to see whether the weirdness of that Curtis/Paul storyline bears any fruit. Because it was weird – right?

I can’t wait to see where Thea’s story is going. Because I’m really starting to wonder...and that mostly has to do with Willa Holland’s future on the show. Was this a one-time thing? Or does she have one foot out the door?

I can’t wait to see whether we see Rory again.

I can’t wait for Evelyn to get her just desserts. Because, girl....you are so grounded.

I can’t wait to see if “Mom and Dad” get referenced again.

I can’t wait to see more of Quentin’s story.

I can’t wait to see if Dinah feels ready to take on the mantle of BC.

I can’t wait to see how it all wraps up. Because I have a feeling it’s going to be awesome. 

And...

...I can’t wait to take this ride with all of you.
