How did they ruin it

so the first thing they did was take out the pokemon tracking, which means you can’t see which pokemon are nearby, so you dont know if there’s anything you need to try to catch, or if you have to just walk around aimlessly and hope something pops up. It also made it harder to find specific pokemon or to know where pokemon spawned, so if you’re trying to catch them all - this just got 95% harder. It also ruined a lot of the incentive to play or walk. If you know there’s a rarer pokemon nearby, you’re totally willing to walk around in circles trying to find exactly where it’s hidden. If you don’t, you’re not going to. The thrill of the chase and hunt was gone.

The second thing they did was make it impossible to play as a passenger in a car - and so many people were making groups of friends, taking turns driving and just ferrying around the town trying to catch pokemon. Driving through residential neighborhoods at safe speeds, seeing what was nearby and if anything interesting could be caught. It’s also one of the only ways that spoonies could play the game - and pokemon go is a climate thats meant very much only for abled people. So the few people who were able to play via having a friend drive them, were now unable to, for the most part. 

After they took down the tracker, the amount of people playing dropped sharply, and reddits pokemon go page, normally full of memes, jokes, and information shared, became a ghost page with people only following to see if they reinstated the tracker. 

There are still some people playing pokemon go, and thats great! But for me it took both all the fun out of the game, and all my ability to play the game, since my boyfriend and I used to drive around trying to find pokemon, with me manning two phones, and that became impossible.

Character meme while I pretend to work: Unown ;D

Somehow I think it’s cheating to ask your dm how they headcanon your character XD.  Oh well.  

To those who don’t know, Unown is @arsapeek ‘s wizard from my campaign.  She’s a Tiefling and a hermit.  Or was until plot happened.  (also, Weasely is Unown’s weasel companion and Raiann is another player)

Headcanon A:  realistic.  Unown tends to talk to herself.  Usually it’s just voicing her thoughts out-loud.  She had no reason to keep her thoughts to herself on her island and she’ll be damned she’s gonna stop just because people are around her now.

Headcanon B: while it may not be realistic it is hilarious.  Unown takes a lot of pride in the things she makes, whether it be clothes or her own medicines.  Why is this funny?  This is part of the reason why she doesn’t like Weasely wearing the armor Raiann made. She’s jealous of how good that armor looks.

Headcanon C: heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends.  Part of the reason why she acted so coldly to Weasely when he nearly died was simply because she doesn’t quite understand how to react. Her frame of mind is just “Okay your fine... get up.”  Which, frankly, is all she’s needed to do.  Am I fine?  Alright, time to get up.  What would have happened had Weasely actually died?  This might actually had been the first time she would have actually felt loss and who knows how that would have went down.

Headcanon D: unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own.  She loves to sing and she will break out singing constantly.  She doesn’t sound good like at all, but she absolutely does not care.

While there are corsets out there for a lot cheaper, in order to be safe and make sure it wont harm you after repeated use, and also that you won’t ruin the corset and it lasts a long time, you end up looking at more expensive corsets haha. Also, underbust corsets are cheaper than overbust corsets, which I need. But i’ve been doing a lot of research and talking to corset wearers and reading reviews and etc and the safest option for my body is definitely (Unfortunately) the $140 corset. Trust me, I fought it kicking and screaming haha. I kept messaging my friend with cheaper corsets - what about this one?? is this one okay??? and the answer is always “only if you were wearing it as a costume, or if you want to hurt yourself”.
