In 1976, Vladimir Arsentyev designed this beautiful and minimalistic poster for the XIII Olympic Games, to be held in Moscow four years later. Please note how the logo resembles the shape of the Moscow State University main building, designed by Lev Rudnev and completed in 1953.
The original version of this poster, which you can see also at V&A Collection, is with a golden background and red logo, but you can find also other variations (white logo on red background and red logo on white background).
