Random Headcanon #17
The Guardians in Forevermore are chosen by higher beings, aka admins, and are usually made one of a kind just like Feliks and Rian. However, one can earn the status of Guardian. Basaan is an example of earned guardian status. He decided to inhabit the desert just outside Ceiwonsos's entrance knowing the threat of Tarniters. Not only is he keeping every creature away but also protects demons by not letting anyone out, with the exception of Arsiena - she knows how to roam around safely.
This is very favourable for Tarniters so they don't attempt to attack Basaan. It's a win-win situation - no Tarniter attack, no intruders, and the ones Basaan cares about are safe.

Arsiena is an always wandering NPC, very hard to catch because her moving area is whole map. If players are screaming on chat, they probably found a spot Arsi just set in fire. Once befriended can be your companion as long as you give her all shiniez from your loot, during this time your chances for heroic items are increased, Arsi is interrested only in jewelery and gems. She loves to troll every player she meets. The most annoying NPC ever made. But can be nice too.
