Gio, you absolutely killed this!!! I first wrote Audrey 13 (14?) years ago, when I was processing a lot of grief and a lot of pain. To have her come up again in The Margay feels like reconnecting with an old friend. I never intended to bring her back. She came back. Frankie got me writing again. And Frankie brought her back.
And today, looking at this beautiful piece of art. She's here. That's her. And Frankie? The nose, the scruff, the hat, the curls. They're perfect. Gio, I cannot thank you enough.
