I would like to take you on a tour of this massive old factory a few blocks from I where I work. It’s called the Art Factory and it’s fascinating.

Some say it’s haunted and it was featured on an episode of Celebrity Ghost Stories with Ice-T, CoCo, and Psychic Medium Kim Russo. This is basically just the tip of the iceberg, b/c it’s 11 buildings.

The buildings connect via these corrugated walkways. 

This would make a great loft apt. There’re so many empty spaces.

This is the Engine Room and is available for small parties.

The Hamilton is a popular venue for banquets.

The Hemp Room is a wedding venue.

The International Room has an updated restroom.

Miles of vast, open space.

This space is used for church services.

I don’t know what this is, but it’s called Mercado.

The Mural Room and some tenant’s mailboxes.

Another wedding room. 

Don’t know what this space is for.

This is the Ribbon Room.

A shop rents one of the floors.

I don’t know what this is.

Looks like someone’s fixing this room up.
