Viewed from an tilted angle and 3 point perspective, the scene holds a arid atmosphere. There is a lot plant life, a lot fauna, and a few humans. after not drawing digitally at all for nearly a year, i have not only drawn the two pictures i posted on my art blog recently BUT ALSO gotten 4 of the 7 KHOC Week pieces done that i had planned, with a fifth one nearly done, as well as some other concept work i might post after the week is over. like ive just unlocked the ability to move smoothly from concept to execution and not get super bogged down in the details.

i dont expect this energy to sustain itself forever—a lot of these pieces are neat but only really feel like they make sense to me in the context of KHOC week and the conept i have for it, so i imagine ill still have an issue of not having art concepts that Feel like theyre worth finishing—but at least for now its nice to have this much artistic energy :]
