Traffic issues
One accident where the driver was playing Pokemon Go caused already death. My friend Art Jonak posted about that on FB. I wrote a long comment taht I share with you here
....And pedestrians should be aware also, about people not paying attention to driving. This is what I always teach to our 8 year old. "You have to watch also. They are having different gadgets, searching something in the car, or can be influenced by emotions, drugs, alcohol etc. so pay attention, you can avoid accident if one of you are aware. " Sometime I recognize that pedestrian are crossing on the crosswalk like it would have a kind of energy wall that is holding cars back, or japanese tourists looking in the wrong direction and still walkin' trough the street in Budapest... many stepping on the sidewalk having a sound isolating headphone on and they are busy looking on the smartphone and not recognizing at all that they have stepped on the crosswalk and taking there advantage by the law as a birthright..and so on. Everybody who is in the traffic , must be aware. If he is walking down seeing and hearing nothing from what surround him and I hit him driving 10 km more fast than allowed i will be sitting on the bank in the court...it is not fair. On the other hand he will lie in the hospital which is also not comfortable for him. So...I think the drivers should pay attention on driving and the pedestrians on walking : ) So that is what belongs also to self driving cars. They can be of course very careful, but you cannot count only on technology.
Those who spend their time looking for the faults in others usually make no time to correct their own.

LOVE ON YOUR TEAM. Show your team love. Tell them they matter. Shower them with appreciation. And do so out of love, not motive. • Pick up the phone and call someone on your team, simply to encourage them, to love on them, to listen. • Text them a message filled with gratitude. • Drop some words of recognition on their Facebook wall. • Mail them a handwritten "thank you" note. • Take them out to lunch, simply to get together and talk. You'd be amazed at the great things that can come out of a single conversation. • Give them a heart-felt hug next time you see them. • Shower them praise on a conference call. • Give them kudos in-front of their friends. • Surprise them with an unexpected gift. • Ask them if you can be of help in anyway, business or non-business related. Sometimes it only takes one person to change someone's life forever. ► Be that one person for someone. "Once in a while, remind someone that they are special to you. it will make you feel special too." ―Art Jonak
