This quote was inspirational for me because I always noticed that I am more inspired/motivated when I am surrounded by like-minded individuals, and seeing other artists usually trigger that response in me,
I am reminded of one I first went to Professor Cook’s presentation at a HU Symposium a couple years ago,
it was the first time I recall being at a live event and feeling inspired by the work of another artist.
It was the first time I felt motivated to pick up my camera and conceptualize my own images,
I realize that I enjoy learning about the way other artists conceptualize and manifest their ideas.
