Next up in my #artboxmalaysia food discovery is this amazing shark's fin soup. According to the seller, he said the soup is Halal so alright then. Once I taste it, the soup taste like how a Halal shark fin soup tastes like. Another food that intrigued me so much is from @myburgerlab as they had 2 tortillas they will debut with their new range. Firstly is the oddly named Hawlucha Taco! (nice Pokemon reference BTW) Hawlucha Taco is basically pure Mexican as much as possible with fried chicken thigh topped with watermelon salsa, guacamole, smoky chocolate sauce (perhaps their take on the Molè), creamy lime sauce, corral lettuce and pickled ginger, all on the soft taco shell. All flavors are absolutely work together perfectly with the crispy chicken, great Mexican flavors, and some Asian mix too with the pickled ginger. Another type is the tender lamb taco with tender braised lamb which melts into my mouth, also with molè (or chocolate sauce as they call it), mint yogurt and...burnt corn (which IDK what that is but it was crunchy so that's a plus), topped with corral lettuce and blackened crouton. Highlights of Weekend 2 of #artboxmalaysia 2019 includes a number of awesome foods to try in @sunwaycitykualalumpur. Firstly we have Jack the Baba Eggettes from @groundeatery which is quite nice of a desert here. We have delicious eggette topped with coconut ice cream, desiccated dried coconut, and finally, jackfruit sliced to perfection. This right here is stinky tofu, a speciality in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Now the name itself smell really stinky but...this...feels like a normal fried tofu with chili sauce and pickled cabbage. @nachoslah has been a skeptical food shop that I'm intrigued to try because of a lot of food reviewers did not feel that their food delivered. So I decided to try their new K-Pop Chicken nachos to see how their nachos stack up. Basically this nachos contained chicken bulgogi shredded to deliciousness, melts in my mouth, cooked in spicy Korean spices, mixed in with some velvety cheese sauce, some salsa, some more extra parmesan cheese, some sprinkle of chilli flakes, sesame seeds, all under crunchy nachos bed. And well...it was REALLY REALLY GOOD! Last Friday, I delved on exploring the magical world of IG worthy foods with #artboxmalaysia 2019, one of the most amazing events happening for 2 weekends at Sunway. The 1st one I got to try is this amazing Crepe Creme Brulee which based on the photos here...this is truly a work of art that can be eaten. And that's nice! It's basically crepe stuffed with ice cream (I pick durian because I am a durian-holic) then add with pop rocks (cuz who likes some popping fizz on my mouth), boba (cuz everything is good with boba), top with more ice cream and finally...brulee with sugar on top till golden perfection. This is literally a symphony of flavor all rolled into 1 with the cracking pop rocks fizz sensation, sweet soothing durian ice cream, boba and then when putting the spoon onto the top of the crepe with the creme brulee top, it's one of the best sweets I ever tasted and wow!
