Hi I was the last anon ;D Oh and -SPOILER WARNINGS- Peter became CEO thanks to the Doc Oc arc where Otto Octavous took over Parkers body and pretended to be Spidy for a while. Interesting read, it was in the Superior Spider-man comics. And then The Amazing Spider-Man #1 came out after in which Peter got his body back from Otto.
