Arthum vs X-9

So I’ve decided that my two OC’s, Arthum and X-9 are officially enemies. This comes from the fact that X-9 once attempted to assassinate Arthum, but failed. The Arsenal Mage was gravely wounded, yes, but much to the killer machine’s surprise, he was able to survive what should have been a fatal blow and impale the X-9 with a knife construct, before using his ult to smash the machine against a nearby wall.

The X-9 very nearly ceased to function, but was able to receive proper repairs after the wounded Arthum fled. The robot has successfully neutralized every target before and since that encounter, but its memory banks still contain records of the one that got away.

One day, Valoran’s self-proclaimed “greatest warrior” will again face Valoran’s self-proclaimed “ultimate assassin.” Both are looking forward to that day.

Arthum’s Kit

So yesterday I announced my latest OC: Arthum, the Arsenal Mage. Well, I’ve finally got his kit all planned out, so here you guys go :D

|Passive|Arcane Veil| Arthum gains a spell-shield for every four basic attacks, with a max of two charges. The spell-shield negates spell damage and slows, but doesn’t negate snares, stuns, suppressions, knock-ups or polymorphs. Every third spell-shield once broken will refund the cost of his current form. — unifyingleaguelore

|Q Ability| Form Blade/Descending Slash|   Arthum forms an arcane claymore, all basic attacks deal 5/10/15/20/25(+40% AP) bonus magic damage. 175 Basic Attack range in Blade Form. Recast: Arthum’s next basic attack becomes empowered - gaining 125 attack range and stuns his target, dealing 10(+3/5/7/10/12% AP). Doesn’t apply to turrets. | 50 MANA| Self-Cast | Active CD:7/6/5/4/3| |W Ability| Form Mace/Raging Spin| Arthum forms a mace, basic attacks burn target dealing 50/60/70/80/90(+60% AP) in physical damage over 3 seconds. 125 Basic Attack Range in Mace Form. Recast: Arthum twirls his mace around himself and knocking back all enemies he hits for 3 seconds. Deals 20/45/70/95/120(+60/70/80/90/100% AP) physical damage per second.
