How long have you been involved in the RPDR fandom?: Like Ru, I have no concept of time. I think the first season I watched as it aired was S8 but I could be wrong. The first seasons I saw (binged) were either 5 then 6 or 6 then 5, and they’re still my favorites.
And what got you started?: I was rewatching AS2 a couple years ago and Katya and Alaska hit me over the head.
Favorite queens and/or ships to write: Katlaska, obviously. I’m really obsessive and only into one ship at a time. I kind of hate that I fell for two of the blondest skinniest queens on earth, but what can you do. I love adding many many Ru girls as supporting cast, though.
Favorite genres to to write: I don’t like the term canon-compliant, because in canon they’re just friends and coworkers and one of them has the cutest boyfriend ever. But I do try to keep as close to canon as I can, and my characters are extremely gay cis men.
Where you post: Normally, AQ and AO3. Right now, just AO3.
Most popular fic: They Don’t Love You Like I Love You. I posted it in short chapters and that always leads to more attention.
Favorite story you’ve written so far: I love all my children equally.
(question I stole from another version of this meme) Story you think is your best: Got to Have You All the Time. I just think it’s got a very tight short story structure.
Longest fic you’ve written (and word count if you want): Bimbos. I can’t believe I’ve written anything that long.
Fic you were nervous to post: Maybe It’s You (Keep Me Singing All Day Through)? Just because it’s so sappy. But I’m such an obsessive perfectionist that I don’t post anything until I love it.
Favorite comment you’ve ever gotten on your fic: I love all my children equally.
Do you accept prompts?: I wish. My brain writes what it wants.
How you choose your titles: Usually by the time I’m halfway through a story, I have a list of at least 15 titles. They just come to me while I'm writing. I spend a lot of time picking the one that’s just right for the theme of the story. In this fandom I’ve gotten into using song titles by female artists, because both Alaska and Katya have said that they identify more with music by women.
Do you outline?: No. I write completely out of order and just scribble down scenes as they come to me. For a long story, though, I get to a point where I can’t keep track of the scribbles and have to make a timeline. If I outline, my brain thinks it’s done with the story and I lose interest.
Number of completed fics: 5
Number of fics in progress: 1
Number of fics coming soon/not yet started posting: 1, but I can’t promise it will happen until it's done.
Upcoming work that you’re most excited about: the sequel to Bimbos
Anything else you want readers to know!!: I have to be really careful with time because I have ADHD and a job, so I’m not very active in the fandom. But writing this pairing makes me soooooo happy and I hope my stories make readers happy too.
(Also, I always end up sounding really pompous when I write this kind of thing. It’s just my obsessive nature trying to be as accurate as possible.)
