1. So, I thought I’d start a blog…

So, I’d thought I’d finally start mini-blogging my thoughts and my creative process.

There will also be ramblings about nature, inspirational films, my struggles with GAD and life philosophies but it will be all about me. For the first time in my life, I’m finally feeling comfortable to share more about myself.

I chose Tumblr because it’s very me! Very neat, organised and easy to use.

I’ve always liked to write. Not creatively. More fact than fiction.

I did a lot of journalling while I was in my teenage years. I think it’s because I had a shy, timid and reserved personality at school and the only way I could express myself was through writing.

And, I have always loved art. Creative arts lessons at school were the only classes I voluntarily showed up early and linger about afterwards, usually to have a peek at my classmates’ projects up close, to the dismay of my teachers. I remember them urging me to hurry up or they would lock me inside!

If you’re crafter or artist reading this, you’ll probably already know how creating makes you feel.

 If you’re not, crafting is another form of therapy to me. It keeps me grounded, soothes and relaxes me.
