Okay , So @artisticfanatic is my inspiration. She lost 40lbs & she looks fucking gorgeous. I only want to lose 2O at most , Its sad to say but I really hate looking in the mirror & on a real bad day I blame all my problems on the fact that I am fat.So the master plan is 2 meals a day. No junk or candy. I wont eat after ate & water is my new best friend. I really want to do this right & be safe. I know what I've been doing has just been real unhealthy for my body. Now all I need is some patience.
